Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using The Move, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Content you post
You retain ownership of the photos, videos, reviews, and other content you post. By posting, you grant us a license to store, display, and distribute that content within the app to the audience your visibility setting allows. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harassing, infringing, or that violates someone else's rights.
Community guidelines
Be respectful of other explorers. Do not impersonate others, post spam, or harass or threaten other users. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines, with or without notice.
Location and third-party places data
Place information, maps, and directions in the app may be provided by third-party services (including Google Maps). Your use of that data is also subject to those providers' own terms.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Move is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted reviews, ratings, or place information, or for your experience at any place you discover through the app. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app changes. Continuing to use The Move after an update means you accept the revised terms.
